FIRST PRIZE:  The home is in “Golf & Sea Village”, a deed restricted neighborhood, part of the beautiful saltwater community of Apollo Beach, Hillsborough County, Florida. The home is situated on a Robert Trent Jones designed golf course and is offered to the first place winner of The Yates Trust, Inc. essay contest-of-skill.

This property was appraised in September 2007 at $410,000.  No current appraisal was obtained and is not offered as a condition of this contest of skill.  The transfer of title will have no mortgage attached.
